Shaun brings more than 23 years of construction and facility maintenance experience to every project. Throughout his career, he has managed construction projects, facility operations, and maintenance programs while developing a reputation for quality workmanship, dependable service, and attention to detail.

In 2001, Shaun founded Qcomm, a structured low-voltage cabling company in Colorado Springs, Colorado, specializing in network cabling, fiber optics, and communications infrastructure for commercial and government customers. Over the next seven years, he successfully grew the company into a respected business before selling it in 2008.

Following the sale of Qcomm, Shaun continued leading construction projects, overseeing facility operations, and managing maintenance programs for a variety of organizations. The leadership and project management skills gained throughout his career now provide the foundation for every Bama-Barns project.

His vision for Bama-Barns was simple: build a company that customers can trust to deliver honest pricing, quality craftsmanship, and buildings designed to last. Whether it's a custom barndominium, pole barn, or a new roof, Shaun believes every customer deserves exceptional service and a finished product built with pride.

Nicholas brings over 4 years of hands-on experience in pole barn construction, residential roofing, landscaping, and pool installation.

Before joining Bama-Barns, Nicholas owned Red Dirt Landscaping in Northern Alabama, where he earned a reputation for dependable service and attention to detail. Today, he is also the owner of Triumph Roofing in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he has helped homeowners protect and improve their homes through high-quality roofing systems and professional workmanship.

Nicholas plays a key role in both the construction and roofing divisions of Bama-Barns, ensuring every customer receives expert craftsmanship, quality materials, and exceptional customer service.
